I'm in love with an item, but it's out of stock on the site. What should I do and how often do you restock?
We get new items frequently, and is not likely that we will bring back a style. We do our best to get similar items to keep our stock rotating and looking fresh.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. We DO NOT take COD.
I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from Emailgroupie Education within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your Spam folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Care via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to update your order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders in a timely matter to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click to process the payment, but after this point you will be unable to make changes to your order. Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. In such case you can however, return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. If we sent out your package and your items are returned to us (Packages marked "Return to Sender") due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will issue a store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee, and restocking fee of 15%. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package.
How long after I place my order will it ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 2-3 business days for an order to be processed. Kindly note shipping may be delayed by our verification team if confirmation is needed for the order. Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.
Do you refund shipping fees for returned items?
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
I received a damaged Item, what do I do?
If you could kindly email us at email@example.com with order number within the subject and a brief description of the damage. We will review the information and approve the return of your item. We strongly suggest including a tracking number, and insurance with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
I want to return an item I am not satisfied with.
If you find your item defective please email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the delivery date.Defective items get a full refund. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and still have all tags attached. When returning clothing, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. Sale items cannot be returned unless approved by customer service in advance. There will be a 15% restocking fee taken out of your credit. All furniture and custom items will be processed for returns differently than regular clothing and accessories. Please contact email@example.com to handle accordingly.
Does Baby Emailgroupie Education do exchanges?
Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the warehouse, we cannot do exchanges.
Does Emailgroupie Education issue refunds?
We kindly refund if the item is damaged upon arrival. Please return in with tags on and refund will be given.
I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?
Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact our customer care department at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of receipt and let us know.
