  I stumbled on this pose years ago and it is still helping me today. I often sit and stand for long periods of time and well my "cankles" are not pretty. I religiously set a break throughout the day to bring the swelling down and reduce my stress. You can do this for as little as 5  to 15 minutes. I swear by it! Talking and talking, but no this isn’t the only thing we do as ESL teachers. We are mind, body, and spirit. We are parents, breadwinners, and caregivers.Voice care- As an ESL teacher we can spend up to 30 to 80 hours speaking with students. Then how about after? We talk with friends and family and sometimes we work a physical job and then the talking continues. What I like to do after a session I drink tea to soothe my throat.
